1. How can I place an order?
First, please provide the details of your requirements for us, then we will offer the best price to you. For further discussion, it is better we could communicate online by Skype or Whatsapp.

2. Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have two factories and have been specializing in wooden crafts and packaging industry since 2008.

3. When can I get the price?
Usually we offer the best price to you within 12 hours once we receive your inquiry.

4. Can you do the design for us?
Sure, we have our own design department, just tell us your ideas, we could add our professional design ideas to meet your any requirements.

5. Do you have a range of stock items for sale?
Most of our products are designed and made according to customer’s demand. Only a small number of products are in stock.

6. What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 100-500pcs according to the different products.

7. How can I get a sample to check your quality?
After the confirmation of the price, we will make samples as per your demands. The sample will be charged according to the specific requirements.

8. What information should I tell you if I want to get a quotation?
1) The product style
2) The size of the product (Length*Width*Height)
3) The material and surface treatment
4) Your logo file
5) If it is possible, please also provide with pictures or design for checking. Sample will be best for clarifying, if not, we will recommend relevant products with details for reference.

9. When we create the artwork, what kind of format is available for production?

10. How many days will sample be finished? How about the lead time for mass production?
1) Once we confirm the sample charge, sample will be ready within 4-7 days.
2) 10-20 working days for the mass production, it depends on the order quantity.

11. Do you inspect the finished products?
Yes, all of our products will be through quality inspection processes.

12. How do you ship the finished products?
